Is Brothers Services a licensed HVAC company?
Yes. We hold a Florida Certified A/C Contractor (CAC) license, which covers air-conditioning work anywhere in Florida. Ask for the license number when you call and we'll share it, along with our insurance paperwork, before any work starts. You can check any contractor's status on the Florida DBPR website.
Who actually comes to my house?
Usually Goran, the owner, often with a member of his small crew on larger jobs. You won't get a subcontractor you've never heard of or a salesperson who hands you off to someone else. The person who diagnoses the problem is the person accountable for the fix.
Do you work on businesses as well as homes?
Yes. Most of our work is residential, but we also service small commercial properties such as shops, gyms and offices, including package and rooftop units.
